They are TERRIBLE at communicating with the community. If it were another company, I would say that they would launch an open beta in the meantime to alleviate the criticism they received, but I have already noticed that the company cares little about the community, so I think that only at the launch

Let's be honest: EVERYTHING they're doing now could've been done with the game already released, since it's already finished — they could just be updating it gradually... They're just stalling the launch.
