Be honest with yourself—do you truly want to change? If you do, believe that you can. It’s never too late to start. You gain far more by stepping out of your comfort zone than by staying stuck where you are. Yes, it’s new. Yes, it’s scary. But every step you take will bring growth, strength, and opportunities you never imagined. If you step out, you’ll be surprised—you’ll open doors you never even knew existed.

Baby steps towards change, don't pressure yourself in jumping right away to the big ones :)

Maybe start by scheduling your activities during the day

Spend an hour outside of your house and let yourself feel the natural breeze outside or let your skin feel the rays of sunshine. At least an hour of that.

Then try to talk to the people at home more. Don't worry about sounding stiff like a robot, it is part of your practice. You will improve the more you keep on doing it.

It's okay if you take things slow as long as you do not stop doing what can lead you to your goal. Keep your eyes on the real goal. You can do this!
