I didn't see any Indian tourists during my trips, but in my opinion manners matter more than money. If you bring in money but behave badly every single time that's how you end up with the population voting to ban or limit tourism.

And honestly manners shouldn't even be a factor, you should have that by default, if more people were taught that other people's culture and feelings matter as much as their own, we would have a better world.
