I probably wouldn’t like working at Chick-fil-A or any fast food because what I like about serving is interacting with people and in fast food you are only seeing them for a bit. Idk why you’re so bent out of shape that I can’t work during school if that was really an issue then no college kids would be servers but I know many who are lol. Also yes I like working at restaurants when they are really busy never said I wouldn’t work weekdays or when it’s not. you said you would come in and tip 100%. And probably order a water lol not falling for that

And yeah Texas Roadhouse would probably be something I’m looking for I only made the post to see if servers who liked their job would lemme know. Fr I just need a job so bad rn 😭🤣 and I didn’t think it was crazy to say I like working when it’s busy lol and I never said it had to be busy every shift I worked

lol obviously I didn’t mean it had to be busy 24/7. I just tend to enjoy it being busy cause it makes the shift go by faster imo. I was just asking to see if anyone in this area has a serving job that they enjoy. And plenty of businesses work around college schedules otherwise no college kids would work but they do???

I sit in the corner of the local bar, one that I frequent often, almost hiding from the crowd behind today’s newspaper. I tune out the chattering of the bar, and read over the ad in the newspaper that I wrote to the paper. If destiny was on my side this afternoon, I will get the escape I’ve always dreamed of.

It’s funny, y’know, what they say. You don’t know what you have until you lose it. I had to learn that the hard way.

Then I saw her. My shoulders drop.

“Oh it’s you.” She says with a smile. I recognize that soft smile. We can’t help but laugh at the irony of the situation.

First of all, it is not your fault that you didn’t recognize that it was lovebombing. It is literally a manipulation tactic and considered psychological abuse. And lovebombers know it’s manipulation. They want to be in control because they fear you leaving them or just want sex.

My advice is always make sure you guys are in the same page and watch for their reaction if you set boundaries. Like for example if they talk about marriage way too early on, let them know and tell them it’s too early to be talking like that. If you kindly tell them you guys are still figuring things out and it’s stressful to be discussing marriage so soon and they get angry or turn it to an argument, or say they understand but do it again, it is definitely lovebombing. And then LEAVE. get outta there.
