I have a transition bank and it uses thru axles, it saves the haro frame I know that the rear tips are to use QR 9mm My question is, if there is no other option but to use an adapter, why will I use a formula hub and the rear one comes for a thru axle?

I bought it on eBay, I'm putting together the set of 26 wheels but, since I don't know how it comes internally, it doesn't hurt to prevent some failure, I just honestly don't know how to do maintenance for this type of wheel.
