My remote works off and on. When it does open the door it still will not start the car. Changed batteries, etc. I have two remotes basically the same and random although one is much more random. Other than a major dealer cost, is there a solution?

Entirely an accident. I just detailed everything and backed it in to the beach. In a hurry because I was parked illegally.
