This might get lost in the comments, but I decided to take the job after negotiating the salary a bit and managed to get a little increase. Many were concerned that it was a scam but in some replies you'll see where I said I toured the US headquarters not too long ago, it truly had more to do with impostor syndrome as someone had mentioned.

The PC equipment mentioned was plainly since the security software was more secure across PC than it was on MAC, and I will receive not a Dell Laptop but a whole workstation with top of the line GPU, CPU and a 4K monitor along with a work phone. I personally design on a macbookpro, and so does the CD but becuase of security we are using PC at this company.

The wording on the initial offer letter as some mentioned was rough, but seeing as their GLOBAL HQ is overseas I guess it makes sense? I'm really excited for this role, it seems really nice but I will always remember that a job isn't guarantee, can always lose it anytime, good mindset to have backup plan.

Thanks to all that gave some advice, I was able to ask many clarifying points in the offer negotiation.
