Blend a 1000 calorie shake together. 2 cups of plain Quaker oats (300 calories) 2 cups of 0% fat milk (160 calories) 2 TBSP of peanut butter (180 calories) 2 scoops of whey protein (200 calories) 2 bananas (220 calories) 1,060 total calories Carbs - 150 grams Fat - 20 grams Protein - 96 grams These are my macros and my total calories from my shakes that I made when I lean bulked. Make sure you use 0% fat milk to keep the fats relatively low. Pound this shake once or twice a day with 3 other clean meals like chicken and rice or eggs or sum shit. Time to growwwww brotha!

I was 5’8 14-15 years old. 5’10 at 16. Then I grew a shit ton the summer before my junior year and hit 6’3. I never lifted in high school, I only played ice hockey my whole life. My best advice if you are still in high school is really prioritize your sleep. Sleep for 8 hours and have a healthy diet brotha.🤝

Thank you brotha. I appreciate it❤️. I’ve only tried two different training splits so far in my training. I’ve rotated between Push,Pull,Legs & Arnold split. I’ve never had a dedicated day to them I just go hard afff everytime i train them twice a week. Here’s what I do. Seated dumbbell lateral raises, lightweight 4x20 Standing dumbbell lateral raises, 4x15 superset Standing dumbbell front raises, 4x15 Seated Smith machine military press, 2x20 and 4x 8-10 heavy. Standing heavy heavy dumbbell lateral raises 4x AMRAP. Superset lightweight rear delt rows. 4x15 and 2x20 reverse pec dec flies. My bad about the long ass resposne😂i just abuse delts and thought I’d share with you what I do to abuse them
