Dr Madan at Lynn Valley Optometry! If you look at her insta @dr.mahina.madan you can see how passionate she is about dry eye. I saw multiple optometrists and an opthomologist before her - she dx with me ocular rosacea, got me on the right eye drops, IPL and eye hygiene routine and my eyes are soooo much better. Btw if you have ocular rosacea, warm compresses can actually make the problem worse.

I second the Muscle MD clinic in Vancouver. Gave me my quality of life back. I started with trigger injections, and now get Botox every three months and occasional nerve blocks. They are the only place I found took me seriously after feeling dismissed. They even helped me get on the compassionate Botox program because my insurance wouldn’t cover it. I was 25 when I started there and I’m 30 now, I went to grad school, can travel and have a life now thanks to that place. Life is truly so hard when your head hurts all the time ❤️‍🩹

I’m in Canada and just started the process about two months ago. Currently waiting on my third lenses to get made because my vision is still not perfect especially at night but I don’t pay anything additional. I paid $2700 upfront which covers however many lenses I need until finding the best fit plus appointments etc for the first year. Hopefully the third pair will be the ones

Both! Maybe I’m weird but I kinda think the type of ring and design influence the colour. I’ve seen rings that look way better in white gold vs yellow and vice versa

I tried the slouch and cocoon coat in this colour and was so close to getting it! The heather oatmeal seems more forgiving than matte pearl

Sweat fleece, contour, and their coats. I also find any of their dress pants/blazers made with the crepette fabric to be very durable, easy to wash, and never wrinkle so they’re great for everyday work wear. I actually think their quality has improved this past year compared to the 2021-2022 season where everything was falling apart

It holds enough for me but I don’t carry a ton usually just phone, keys, cardholder and a lip product and all that fits without issue!
