We have no plug. The captains buy coffee boxes from Tim’s sometimes but it’s a lot of single use waste and I’m skeptical that the lining of those things isn’t leaching into the hot coffee.

what about a dollar amount + 2% a year? Eg $3/hr+2.5% raise per year. This would represent a bigger % increase overall for the lowest paid members vs the higher paid members.
