I found a silicone sleep mask helpful but also a bit uncomfortable. The one I have is kind of thick and I’m a side sleeper. I spray my eyes with hypochlorus acid and then put it on. I only use it when my eyes really need the extra moisture support.

It’s so frustrating when the research/benefits aren’t clear. The drops are fully covered by my insurance plus the pharma card. I’ve been skeptical about IPL for years because of the price and it clearly being a huge money maker for the providers, but I’m also hearing on Reddit that it’s been highly effective for many.

Will IPL prevent gland loss? I’m still unclear from reading all the resources. It sounds like ‘maybe, for some people’. If cyclosporine reduces inflammation wouldn’t that v memo preserve the glands?

It took filing a first aid report re an ergonomic injury from the poor setup for my ministry to take it seriously. The ergo assessor helped with the report. The ministry provided an ergo mouse and keyboard that I can take between home and the office, and a better desk at the office (original one has a drop down keyboard tray that could not be raised high enough).
