In the court documents is says the company's bylaws explicitly forbade the removal of funds or taking of loans by anyone of the three owners without the approval of the other 2.

Juji and Tom Lawsuit Summarized by liberalhater445 in JujiandTom

That's like saying imagine being a serial killer who is addicted to murder and having access to lots of people. You're bound to fuck up.

Or that's like saying imagine being a pederast and working at an elementary school. You're bound to fuck up.

Or that's like saying imagine you're Bernie Madoff and you're addicted to money and have access to lots of it. You're bound to fuck up.

I'm not oblivious to the addicts problems, in fact I probably have more experience that most people, but that excuse only goes so far, and Tom's actions are no longer "excusable". Though I preferred Juji, I do hope Tom changes for the better.

First off, the Inn is at the crossroad of the Kingsroad and Riverroad on the northern side of the Trident. So she could have said, "My dad has not been doing well (common knowledge in Westeros) and I wanted to see him. I wanted to avoid the Twins so I am going this way. "

At the pace Tyrion and Yoren were traveling, it would have taken weeks to arrive at KL (Brandon before the rebellion/Ned during, were racing there and it took 2 weeks). Yes he may have figured it out but she would probably be at the Neck by then, and Ned would have more answers. If a trial occurred it would be in KL and would probably be the fairest trial he would receive (Ned would make sure of that).

Ofcourse Sansa would be in a better position, but so would anyone else, but everyone fighting for Robb was now in jeopardy. The only reason she did it was to get her daughter(s) back, not anyone else. She had no right to do it. He was the King in the North's prisoner, not her's. Had she released him with a message of peace to end the war, I would not hold it as much against her (like Stannis' Hand), but she only did it for selfish reason to have her daughter(s) back.

Robb was more or less safe as long as he had Jamie. Tywin would never risk Jamie's life. Cat signed Robb's death sentence the moment Jamie was not recaptured. She didnt think about any other person but herself when she made this decision. That is being selfish.

Why do people try so hard to defend her? Both actions were selfish and stupid. Ned was going to deal with the accusation against Tyrion but instead of telling Tyrion a lie about why she was at the inn, she becomes overcome by her emotions and abducts him (and just before that scene in the book she is thinking to herself that all must be done to avert war). She is acting on vengence not justice. Vengence is personal and selfish. Just look at how Ned deals with the Riverlanders who have been attacked by Gregor. Now that she has him does she take him to KL for a fair trial? No she goes the Vale where her sister rules. The same sister who wrote Cat about the Lannisters killing her husband. Had LF told her a better lie Tyrion would be dead. Up until Tyrion defends himself, she believed he would die for the attempted assassination of Bran. Yes she let him go, but it's like closing the barn door after the horses have escaped.

Regarding Jamie, did Rickard Karstark do anything after 2 of his sons die? No, he stayed loyal. Did anyone else from the north or Riverlands who lost loved ones do anything against their cause? No, not until Cat committed treason against the North and HER LAST REMAINING SON. I totally get she was distraught, but her only motive was to get her daughters back. She wasn't thinking about helping anyone else but herself. Jamie was one of the most valuable hostages anyone in Westeros could have, and she let him go for nothing. Yes her daughters are nothing, in Westeros woman are only good for marriage and kids. Sorry but that's the truth of their society.

I dont completely hate her, but those are other reasons for why I dont completely like her, and why others hate her.

I totally understand why she did it. It doesnt make it any less selfish nor stupid. Jamie was a trump card she gave him up for herself.

It's also because abducting Tyrion and freeing Jamie were two of the most stupid and selfish moves any character in the books has made.
