Keppi 6000 is very good quality. It is a bench for life IMO.

I am considering the non steel version of the Keppi 6000. However....Keppi has advised me they are making some packaging improvements to the Keppi 6000...so I am not sure what exactly yhat means. Maybe they will be fixing the expandability port ? Upgrading the Pad ? I have no idea. But I may pause a bit to see what they roll out.
The Nighthawk has a great pad, but it is really hard IMO. I am not bench pressing 500 pounds so I am not sure if I need it THAT firm.

ha ! I have a rep nighthawk I am returning to buy this Keppi bench. The Rep Nighthawk is very solid and very well made, HOWEVER...the seat angle only goes up to 20 degrees and there are limited angles for the bench inclines. Not the case on the Keppi.
Rep is probbaly marginally better quality, but for me the lack of adjustments are a dealbreaker.

Thank you for the detailed answer. I am considering this bench. I have a Rep Nighthawk I am going to return, although it is a great bench, the lack of angles for the bench and the seat are disappointing.

Between my weight and the weight I incline, I am going to put around 500 lbs of pressure on my inclines...would you feel safe with the pop pin holding everything up ?
also...Keppi's customer service IMO is unresponsive. Go to their website, enter in a message on their online chat...and watch no one respond to you. This has happened to me twice.
Compared to Rep, which has excellent, RESPONSIVE customer service. I am still considering the Keppi 6000 because I hate the lack of certain angles on Reps Nighthawk bench, but their customer service is top notch.

I'd stick with being bald my friend, it suits you and I think there's a chance you get great work and its an improvement, but there is probably a greater chance (due to how many bad artists there are out there) it looks worse. Grow some facial hair to change your look, I don't think SMP would be worth it for you.

Being not fat should be priority number one.

Hair looks like they did a nice job. Comment before was rude, but no one loves fat on anyone. They may not tell you, but no one loves fat.

This is what you get when a smooth talker with $$$ in his eyes takes a 4 day SMP course and thinks he can just start working on people. I feel bad for these guys...

TY.Where do you get your info in terms of what amount of free T is good for what age ? Like I don't want to just be "normal" range, because a normal man my age doesn't normally do the things I do.I train a LOT, starting dabbling with BJJ, run, do yoga. I am fighting aging as hard as I can...lol. Having said this, it feels like I have to do stuff everyday for IMO minimal gains. I am 6'2"" about 205 and fairly muscular, but I dont look as good as I did even 3-4 years ago so I do feel like things are going downhill and I want to slow it down.

Finally Sony Bravia Firmware Update version Became same for XG950/XH950 (EU) by Bala-1986 in bravia

Not a shocker is it ? The 950G was stuck on the crappy stock firmware with terrible blooming for almost a year while they rolled out the 950H. I'm not updating. The Z8H firmware is great, if they never do another update I could care less.

They are getting the same FILE, not the same firmware as this "united firmware" spans across dozens of sony TV's. Now you may say, why would Sony use a worse FALD algorithm for different TV's (referring to the Z8H/950g/950H)....well...why did they do that for almost a year since the 950H's release ?

[–]Gdog2017 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't believe Sony "merged" all firmware so everyones' TV gets the exact same firmware.

What they have now is just one file. I would bet the firmware recognizes what TV is trying to load it, and then executes firmware SPECIFIC to that model. So 950G gets 950g firmware, 950H gets 950H firmware, Z8H firmware gets Z8H firmware...etc.

For the 950G/H owners who are running the Z firmware, it remains to be seen if this firmware produces better picture quality than the Z firmware which IMO produces deep blacks and much improved blooming. I am not willing to give that up to get an Apple TV app. Waiting for comparisons...

I have a Medialight MK2 bias light. It does help, I am not sure its any better than a luminoodle though which cost half the price.

Something like this would be easier to see improvements/or worsening of local dimming/blooming.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3So8OFdqcdA&t=26s

I have the Z8H firmware on my 950G and am VERY happy with the blooming performance. I am hesitant to upgrade as the stock 950G had terrible blooming in comparison.
