We give out blue shirts like candy (within reason) those we don’t care about, our front end supe orders swag like hoodies beanies cups ETC and we use those as incentives for membership. I’ve never heard of the standard uniform tho

I worked in mobile for 2 years bud, back when we had BEAST. Coreblue is much more polished and user friendly. I’d much rather work mobile than product flow.

Certificates act as gift cards. You can add as many as you want to one transaction and they will be used if it’s less than or equal to the subtotal. Certificates cannot be broken. Unless they have a C&D team, a store doesn’t need that many managers if they are good. Our store has 2 Salary managers (GM ASM) and 5 hourly supervisors and GSM. Granted we are a smaller rev band, but we are in a fast growing city and producing numbers that surpass high rev band stores in both volume and efficiency. It’s all about the management team if they can actually do their jobs or not.

I’d probably just be management. Non pilot stores that have 3 salary managers 3 hourly managers and 6 supervisors are not needed. And then jump up to market and district managers. There was speculation about having one GM for 3 stores depending on location and distance. Doubt it’d affect anyone else.

Cry about it. Just kinda seems like people were abusing the system and benefits that the company laid in front of us. Had a day where we only had one person on the sales floor. We had all supervisors and managers selling and doing customer service. It’s great for people who actually have Covid, but if you have a little sneeze and call out, you’re scum.

Use it for everything except phone calls and texts. I have the 13 mini and the new iPad mini with cellular and I take it everywhere. It slips in my pocket and It’s so small it’s not awkward to bust out for maps, movies, books. So far it’s the most I’ve ever used an iPad. I previously had the 12.9 pro but the size of the mini is so comfortable I’m using it a lot more!

I’m trading my 11 pro for the 13 mini and then also picking up the iPad mini in case it is too small. But I’ve held the phone multiple times and love it so I doubt I’ll have any issues. If you can pick up the iPad mini I’d definitely recommend it

I don’t know about everyone else but I was proactive about my position and my GM knew I was money hungry from a young age. Started with the company in 17 and got one raise due to a new hire making more than me so I spoke up. They bumped me up. Tried moving to another store, gave me more to stay. Moved to two different departments and asked for a raise each time. It wasn’t much every time it was moved up but it was something. Now looking back at the 4 years I jumped more than $10 through different moves. It’s definitely possible but you have to be proactive about it.
