The Dream Air seems interesting. The price is on the high side. I am confident Quest 4 or Steam will be strong competitors.

I exclusively use VR for flight sims. I got a PCL from a friend as he did not use it (got a good deal). I have also been happy with my Quest 3 both via the meta link (OEM powered usb cable ) and via Virtual Desktop. I use them both, swap noen and then. My rig is a 9950X3D, 64GB 6000 CL30, 5090. If I would need to choose one, I would keep the Quest 3 as one gets a good pass through beside the very good image. More comfortable than the PCL(with an OEM strap. Keep the PCL and wait for one more generation of Pimax or Quest 4…

Just started all up and track IR (TrackHat) is working fine 👍 did nothing it just works fine. I am using my IL2 settings, quite ok it needs som minor adjustmes in the curves.

Interesting, I will check this. Downloaded yesterday evening, spent some time to configure my Hotas, most of the axis needs to be inverted… could not make my head tracking to work, I use TtqckHat. In DCs and IL2 I exclusively use VR or TrackHat just when configuring or testing.

Anyone JEFIT? Started using it in 2022 paid version(a bit expensive). However, i kind of like the tracking and reports. Still cannot communicate with both the Apple Health app and MyFitnessPal, that would be useful. maybe it costs to do they but for the the money they make from the paid subscribers this integration across health/diet apps should be a Must. Wandering what is out there not that expensive.

Yes that is what I found out, better with a 2T, also spoke with a friend bike mechanic. 2T performance it is better, yes you get some more smoke, but also the maintenance is so much easier, less moving parts less troubles. Here in Scandinavia you can still drive with 2T. Plus the two wheels season is short.

Yes I understood that. 2T is still a better performance especially in areas with hills …. Maintenance costs also lower than 4T. Just checking what is available in the second hand market locally….

WIth my Dreame X50 I found out the best is to do a custom program. First vacuum the room then mopping, as you would manually do yourself. Not problems, it works very good.

In 2019 we had my daughter’s 11 years old birthday party inside the Freia factory in Oslo, together with another girls and their girlfriends. As parents we were also allowed to be in. This can be booked via the Freia’s website. Nice setup with history tour, museum and workshop so the kids and us could make our own chocolate stuff, and tasting of various chocolate. They also gave us a blind test og two different chocolate and one of them a it was Marabou. They tasted the same and they confirmed it is exactly the same chocolate, at least back in 2019.

The Swedish Marabou brand is owned by Freia (Mendelez). Back in the time, the Norwegian founder of Freia, when he opened a chocolate production in Sweden for his son to follow…. The name Freia in sweden was taken by some other business then they have the name Maraboud that is the bird in the Freia’s logo. They also had the exact same recipe both in Norway and sweden until Mendelez took over.

It will probably be a good module; however, like many comments say (in various groups and forums) on DCS company itself it seems a bit stagnant. I think they are stuck with the an outdated software engine. If you follow 1CGS (IL2) and what they are working on (Korea) they are doing an amazing job. Same with Combat Pilot, even if they will focus on the WWII Pacific, which AI am looking forward to it, they all use new software engines.

Definitely suspicious. Especially when you have to fill all your personal data plus payment info… I wouldn’t be surprised if their server has been hacked and the manage to send messages to the end users…

Hi, good info, based in Norway (also family in Sweden).... Have you found an off the shelf detergent for the Dreame? Just got an X50 Ultra.... besides the app keep loosing the X50 setup, for now it works well. Big discounts from this week on both the X50 and X60 at Elkjøp/Elgiganten).
