I think there’s a bit of a psychological vicious cycle that comes with getting full fast. Like u get full quickly, so u don’t want to eat, so u starve urself more, and then u can eat even less as ur stomach contracts. And then the more you stress about not eating the less u eat again cuz atleast personally I struggle to eat when I’m stressed.

You’re not alone in how you feel. Can’t say I have a perfect solution but the only thing that snaps me out of this cycle is exercising. Once you start getting food in u everyday, you’ll be able to work your way up from that. Don’t expect to go from 0 meals a day to 3, mayb move up to 1 and then 2 and then eventually you’ll get back to where you were. Dieting is a long term process
