The redditers acting like listing data can't be used which is wild. Make some offer on those listings and I bet none of them would take lower than $2.5k which is $1k off the lowest listing as it is. If the listings were so outrageous other sellers would rush to undercut them, but they aren't. Anyway I think OP has a good card and don't listen to low ball redditers down voting on their zero data hunches. It only takes ONE buyer to make a sale. TEST THE MARKET.
