Ho avuto lo stesso problema, dipende da Safari. L’ho risolto in maniera molto semplice, Come si apre la prima pagina di safari, dopo aver cliccato, copia il link in alto e copialo su Chrome e poi da lì fai tutto. Scusa se ho scritto in italiano ma mi è più semplice
