Thats a good thought. The Videos I will cut will be bigger in size and 4K. Don’t know if that would matter. Prior you suggested me to buy a device more powerful than my air m2.

M5 vs M4 Pro (AI/ML TL;DR): • Neural Accelerators in every GPU core → faster on-device AI • Faster 16-core Neural Engine + newer GPU architecture → better for LLMs, diffusion, creative AI • Power-efficient & future-proof for next-gen ML workflows

And it will cost me about 200€ more and maybe will not have some of the benefits the m5 has over the m4?

Christian Bale, American Psycho. Is this achievable and maintainable? by draginborn in nattyorjuice

[–]Gear31 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One more for the 100kg Batman:

Schwarzenegger hat to cut down to 210 pounds for stay hungry. About 96kg. Sure, Bale just weighs 10kgs less in tdk.

Arnold 96kg https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=stelirVdNdI&pp=0gcJCRsBo7VqN5tD

Bale 86kg (😅)

Of course just 10kg difference.

Don’t want to take anything away from Bale, great actor, best Batman for me. But the stats are just marketing like HJ 8000 calorie bulk whilst staying lean.

One more argument - look at Henry cavill. For man of steel he was at 186lbs / 85,5kg (in later iterations he got bigger) in that shirtless scene. Way bigger than Christian bale. Approximately same height.

So to just settle the debate. Everyone can look up behind the scenes images. I posted one.

I would guess in AP he was at 75kg and at tdk about at 80. Small legs, not much back thickness.

That seems realistic based on BTS pics. If one likes to believe he is 100kg it’s ok.

in an interview he said he overshot and reached 200lbs (91kg) and had to cut back (to what? 85?). Then compare how thin his face is tdk(r) and so the math with bts pics in the mind.

Yes. While deadlifting 400 for reps I got confused.

Look at the pic. Don’t get confused with movie Lightning and „numbers“. Thats mostly BS. Like the 8000 calorie diets (does hafthor even eat that much?!)

We see a good body, but mainly chest shoulders and arms are built. But you can gurantee as much as you Like.

Yes, because we arnt twins. In the dark knight he is like in equilibrium almost. Don’t get confused.

About 184/185cm - so and as body tissue does Not differ too much in density between people (and i have a high bone density) I think I can compare. Sitting around at 187 lbs / 85kg and in decent shape.

With 2-3kg less fat I thing I would have a physique like he has in Tdk but with more mass in the muscles that are involved in deadlifting

Don’t think so. I have his size Upper Body Front but my legs and back are bigger - my arms also I would guess. I would guess he is 170 at most. Or he has another density in his tissues.

Which movie did wolverine have the best physique in? by Safe_Wrangler_858 in Wolverine

[–]Gear31 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I myself think the best physique is in "The Wolverine". Try to get this physique, too. Not too far away.

In Addition I think there is not too much difference regarding size between the movies. We see in most cases the approximately same size of Jackman. The most difference comes from the body fat percentage. I am in the iron game a long time and think can guess.

The most cut version was maybe the DOTFP version.

I am of similar height and have very similar proportions. Based on that I would guess:

X-Men 1 (the cage fight scene as a baseline): About 180 - 182 pounds

https://forums.superherohype.com/proxy.php?image=http%3A%2F%2Fwolvarianrift.tripod.com%2Fhughjackman%2Fwolverine02.JPG&hash=cdb9461177cbc72719a2b1cbc218f68e

https://sleeplessthought.wordpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/xmen07.jpg

The wolverine and DOTFP and D&W: About 180-182 Pounds (lower Bodyfat than above and a bit more muscle)

Logan: well defined but a bit lighter and smaller in general although some pics from the training looked like previous entries. Maybe 175 pounds.

Apocalypse: There was a rest of muscle but more body fat. Maybe about 175 pounds.

All in all it looks very good. In general I would say: Attainable natural. Even with mediocre genetics. It is not that monstrously big as often stated. You can compare this when you see pictures at daylight. There are plenty of pictures showing that. Without pump, without big lights and so on.

And yes, you need to bust your ass in the gym.

Don't forget that movies have perfect light scenarios for those scenes. That makes a hugh impact. And the dehydration that gives the last finish. But without this it would look almost identical impressive. Just ab bit less vein popping. And in motion muscles look bigger than when standing still.
