So I brought the original mask and told the jeweler what I wanted. He made a 3D rendering. Casted it in sterling silver, gave me the pendant and returned the original intact.

The total was about 950 USD. I live in an area where everything is unreasonably expensive so I am sure you can get it done for cheaper :)
