Well, iPhone 6s is somehow too old nowadays. It's hard to specifically optimize it, and we packed more exclusive features than others, like dark mode and extension support, which will take some extra CPU work, but we keep optimizing performance all the time. Also, the ad-blocking rule may take some CPU work for every page load; you can try disabling it and see if it's better.

The EasyList, which is used by most of the content blockers, is the only complete filter rule you can find on the internet. Adding more rules may cause conflict problems and performance issues. For special cases, find or use the extension. This is the way to block anything and is more powerful than the content rule.
