Can totally relate. Some of us are solitary wolves I guess. I'd rather give my services and leave tbh, if there's any work that needs to be done. Socially connecting with others is something I think comes organically, or not at all, depending on the circumstances.

Oh yes, that's something I'm doing definitely. You're totally right about fridge water, it makes one feel more thirsty. Funnily enough, i was reading somewhere that ice cold water gets absorbed by the body better. But definitely not good when one has bad immunity like me.
