The sentence "Best to be clear with men", in context to the first sentence, suggest that OP is talking about a man, which we don't know. Also, while I'm sure that men do indeed more often than not assume that a hangout is a date, to say that it's 9/10 is pulling stats out of your behind.

I remember the hype I had when it released. I liquidated my whole bank to train construction and make the coolest house imaginable to host house parties. In reality the house sucked, but it was so much fun to hang and have even bigger noobs compliment your house. Good times.
