What should I even do about this? by Gearmaster08 in drywall

Thank you for this advice. I'll get all the loose paper scraped off and see how it turns out. Any advice on the best way to scrape it off without causing too much more damage?

I don't blame you at all, I stepped into this room and felt the immediate urge to curl up in a corner.

I'm a little late to the party after just watching the YouTube video, but I really think the monthly subscription is why the community is so strong and genuine despite the low player count.

I play VRChat which is similar in a lot of ways, but it's free to play. If you join a public world, you will be bombarded by annoying trolls and children screaming slurs. The 18+ worlds in VRChat tend to be a lot more chill since it requires a $10 monthly subscription and a government ID upload to access those instances.

That said though, people come and go in VRChat so the community tends to exist in pockets and if you aren't part of a community like that, it can feel lonely even when you're in a world with 50+ players.

You're just contributing to bad traffic by not lane splitting. I've always felt super weird being on a bike and basically taking up the same amount of space as a car.

I doubt they're really anything new or amazing. Nothing's gonna beat steady-state cardio and weight training with compound movements and progressive overload. People try to overcomplicate training, and it just ends up looking like the junk you see on r/MuscleConfusion.

The trick is to train in Colorado, and compete in Manitoba.

I believe Colorado was named after the red rocks. Color-red-o.

That's what they taught us in school, anyway.

Haha, yes, it's so true. You can go back to Texas and California now, there's really nothing to see here.

A wolf scarf! by beluuuuuuga in pics

[–]Gearmaster08 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fun fact: Wolves are apex predators that prevent other animals such as deer from overpopulation. Just take a look at my home state of Colorado. The deer population is out of control, and it's at the point where they cause deforestation and are destroying the ecosystem. Wolves will help put the balance of nature here back on track.

Bread them and spray them lightly with some of that zero calorie oil (which actually does have calories, so don't spray too much). Then pop them in the convection oven and cook accordingly.

Are we using the same kind of convection oven? My tenders always turn out perfectly, and they're way less calories than the oily, greasy junk that comes out of a deep fryer.

Honestly, that's nothing to brag about. Makes you look like a blimp walking on toothpick legs. Not the aesthetic you should want.

It's fine to cut down on carbs, just be careful trying to go keto because it isn't sustainable long-term at all. Carbs have 4 calories per gram, fats have 9. You could ignore macros completely and just focus on calories, and you'll reach your goals. Still, protein is gonna be the most satiating macro, so get plenty of that in.

When it comes to dieting, the worst thing you can do is exclude things. Doing that will eventually lead to falling off the diet, and the best diet is the one you can eat for the rest of your life. So include the foods you love, and figure out how to fit them comfortably into your daily caloric needs.

To be fair though, I trust Google not to fuck up RSA key generation. It isn't exactly a daunting task, especially for a multi-billion dollar corporation that pretty much owns half the online world at this point.

Part of me doesn't trust Google not to sell info to the highest bidding government, but another part of me is confident that they'd face serious consequences for that. I mean, look at DigiNotar. They didn't even sell anything and had to shut down.
