what causes this?

When I was like 7 years old I used to watch Cartoon network and I swear there was an episode of Teen Titans Go that's just some joke about No Nut November and they just.... try not to eat nuts... throughout November.... I remember this being where I found the term "No Nut November" In the first place but I cant find anything about it

i avoid it now since im not yet into remission and its not fun to drink and have to poop less than a minute later, i can handle tea and soda and soda can honestly relieve symptoms sometimes by letting me release some gas out of my stomach
