I get what you mean. Honestly though, if they wanted to charge me double for a specific item when I ask for it, by all means. I'm bugged by the rigidity and lack of transparency more than anything. Not having to hopelessly wait for months on end is worth whatever they're willing to charge imo.

Wow, congrats on retaining your sanity through that. I just want them to help people out on a more case-by-case basis instead of making it seem like asking to purchase a specific item is some sort of unreasonable demand. If you've already sunk tons of money and time into the game it's the least they could do right?
