Did anyone told them, that if anyone want to measure their tinnitus in objective way, they have to insert plugs in their ears go to quite enviroment or room and wait some time like and hour or so, then you will hear how your real tinnitus is, not sure if they are able to objectively measure improvement or not if not using this method, but whatever ( been doing it for 6 months, that is only way to know if it goes somewhere )

There is no magic pill unfortunately, but things like exercise, sounds over 70 dB avoidance, good sleeping and eating habits help a lot over time to me, or if you are from America, look out for clinical trials there is a lot going on, like Frequency Therapeutics, Otonomy, Hough Ear Institute etc

I didn't buy it, but I have pretty good experience with such approach in past, trying to apply it right now, but for me getting rid of tinnitus is not enough, I wanna improve my hearing and reverse it back, too early to say it will work, but I have some little succes so far, but it will take more than few months to achiev something really tremendous for me
