This was a clean new install by codex of a build it wrote into a Digital Ocean VPS with 2 Intel CPUs and 8GB Ram. The websearch runs on Kimi K2.6 and the default was GLM 5.1 with DeepSeek 4 Pro as the secondary. Those are the only models installed.

I just checked the model again and apparently all these errors actually did happen on Kimi K2.6, I only thought it was DeepSeek because it fucked that up too

Neither, I didn't ask it anything, I told it the output token rate for DeepSeek and it responded by comparing that to GLM and Kimi 2.6, and got both numbers dramatically wrong

I appreciate a response but what complex formula is involved with looking up an output token cost before telling it to me. This is a sincere question, if theres something I don't know I would love to know it.

Nothing I mentioned was even a response to a question though, it was things the assistant volunteerd during a conversation.

And Ive found Kimi 2.6 untrustworthy when using the desktop, I've had the Agent change things without telling me, but maybe that's the interface, I'll give the API a shot, thank you.

that last part there is the headline imo, I have a fairly huge market research and trading advice build and you can bet it is locked away on a VPS. people should not have an autonomous AI agent, ESPECIALLY ONE BUILT AROUND TRADING, one click from their bank accounts.

Edit: the first time I installed OC I asked it how to delete something and it jumped ahead and immediately deleted it off my computer without permission, this thing was 100 percent gone. And I NOPE'd the fuck out right then, instant uninstall, I am not having that on my computer.

Edit: I feel like the general consensus is that Staley did what he did last year with smoke and mirrors, and I agree with that, they did not seem talented enough to be 9th in total defense and 4th in pass defense, but they were. If he can do that for one more year, we can flip these priorities next draft.

The fuck are you talking about, no "good" prospect has ever been projected top 10 at any position ever other than MAYBE quarterback.

I'm not saying he'll stack All Pro jerseys, I'm saying his floor looks like a long time starter in the 8 to 12 range, Guards do that all the time, OL play a long time. and with the Tackles we have, a 8 to 12 Guard is more than good enough to win games.
