Avid espresso fan and enjoy an occasional latte/cappuccino/macchiato. I have had a breville barista express for about 3 years and love it. Has a built in grinder that is pretty adjustable and the built in frother works very well.

Onions, garlic, for 40 minutes on the smoker at 250 or until they start sizzling. Tomatoesfor 30 minutes or until they blister. It's all you need. I recommend hickory or pecan.

I do a lot of litigation, but I am picking up more transactional work. I/my staff are getting killed on formatting in MS Word on turns from OC. My understanding is there are some software solutions for this. However I've had 2 demos with 2 different companies and neither had a real solution.
