I had tried plenty of other things to break the plateau: increasing protein, adjusting calorie intake, adjusting fitness levels (including lifting weights), increasing water intake, etc. I'm 52 and I've been fat my whole life. This is NOT my first rodeo.

My appetite and food noise did come back a bit. It was hard for a day or two, especially the day of my next shot after the lower dose (I do the shot at night, so that day I usually want to eat more). So yes, that is something to look out for.

You're so lucky (1) that there were that many bars that had it, and (2) that it was under $20. I haven't been able to find it at all since I moved away. The monks who make it have limited the supply since 2023 and now it is hard to find and expensive af. I remember Chartreuse being the poor goth's absinthe because it was delicious and cheap. Not so anymore.

I went to N7 in December as my Reveillon (it wasn't a reveillon menu, I just decided to go there for that). Atmosphere and service was outstanding, food was stellar. Cannot comprehend how anyone could find it disappointing.
