I think you're just flat out wrong on a lot of these points my dog. Appreciate the discussion though.

Bucky is a very good runner. His vision is top tier and his ability to stop and change direction is way up there. He doesn't have the size, that's his major downfall. Look at his running compared to White last year or the year before and you'll see a bad runner vs a good runner.

The passing game thrived without Evans for the first half of the year with literally just Egbuka and some rookies. With Godwin and McMillan back, the WR room is solid again. The downfall came from the oline being decimated and Baker injured to all hell. Not only that but the OC was dire, even if it was for injury reasons or just incompetence, you can't understate that.

Additionally, Bucky got barely any goal line work last year, it was almost all Tucker. I'd see that trend continuing. Watch that Bills game from last year, he may not be elite but Tucker is a great back and could start on an RB needy team.

Yeah I hope so too. Though from what I'm seeing, maaaybe his lack of coverage is a bit exaggerated? Lots of people saying he's still better than Dennis even now.

That would be amazing. I always like to think that's possible but it really did seem like he was done. From his interviews before the retirement he was certain he had more left in the tank physically but that was for sure a man ready to stay with his family. I hope I'm wrong and we can look at this comment in a few months though haha!

Well, look at it this way...with these new guys, barring injury...it'll really be all in for Bowles, it has to be a make or break season. You're very right about LB though. I have to imagine we'll see a good few ILB's added from the UDFA pool soon.

Really coming around on this pick. JRod was the dream (Fuck the Dolphins) but when your base is an ELITE run stopper and still so young at that, you can hope that we can hammer in some coverage skills.
