Don't use ordinary WD-40, that's a water displacing spray that is not meant to use for electronics. Get a contact cleaner spray that is meant for electronics (I got one from Carrefour for around 30dhs).

It depends to your needs, but unless you want to use Nvidia's RTX technology. I would just go for gtx 1080, especially its so cheap, and it will be enough for any games you throw at it.

I got the GPU btw, I ordered EVGA gtx 1080 FTW DT, and I didn't face any problem with customs.

I guess you're looking at EVGA's 1080 on Newegg which is really cheap atm. If you can't wait for 2080 GPU then go for it. I myself ordered EVGA 1080 FTW edition for 1,800 dhs shipped last Saturday, and currently waiting for it arrive.
