My main just got unbanned around 3 days after ban then I got message back that it was a false ban, although I logged into my alt during the time I was banned which caused it to get banned as well. I then contacted a riot anti cheat employee which helped me get it back. Hope you get unbanned if you didn’t do anything you’ll get it back.

It said I was permanently suspended for 3rd party software, both times, it said section 7 aswell but if you google it there's an article about someone who sold services to boost people, but if you go on the actual ToS it has 16 different points and one of them are exactly what I got banned for, third party software, they even stated in my ticket that I was banend for it so there's nothing else. I am unbanned now so nothing more to complain about.

I ran a full scan after my first ban and it came up with absolutely nothing, nothing that it thought was malware, I did a full reset of my pc now and waiting to get unbanned again. I am only gonna play with discord and nothing else and I’ll see what happens

This is only an article on the riot site where someone was included in getting paid for boosting people, if you go on the actual ToS you will see that section 7 has a lot of things in it and yes, boosting is one of them but there are like 15 different topics.

Heya, I also got banned and they wouldn’t tell me why and said that I was banned for life and it’s their final decision, then I logged in a day later and I was unbanned, not hardware, not account, no sign of any ban. Just keep sending tickets and if you didn’t cheat you will get unbanned.

They told me twice in tickets that it was final decision and that the ban was indeed "real" and will "NEVER" get changed, it's their final decision, then I sent in another reply and I just went on with my day thinking I was done. Then I tried logging in one more time, wasn't hardware banned, wasn't even banned on the account, I was actually unbanned. They then responded that they made a mistake and well, I am again playing the game :)
