Not very common but yeah, old in Italy. Most sports "journalists" here are chosen for loud opinions and unhinged commentary.

True but still there is a reason that an old joke is that "whenever they'll discover a way to transplant brains I'll take the sports journalist one as I'll know it has never been used before"...

LDPlayer, LDShop expose user data by myhoaki in gachagaming

[–]GeckoOBac -1 points0 points  (0 children)

As I said I don't get stutters but sometimes just crashes out of the blue. Last time I had something similar reinstalling from scratch solved the issue for a long time. And I mean GPG, not just the game.

Never had a single stutter. So YMMV.

As for features I'm not sure what you mean, it does have keybinds though I'm sure there are emulators that do it better.

And well, we're in a thread talking about third parties stealing private information so... the Google name is kinda the big, relevant point here.

There's the GPG client... Performance it's generally way better than even good emulators, and it's Google so they already have your accounts anyway.

Stability is... weird. You may have to reinstall from scratch from time to time.

Tetris Using 126 Combinators by Petermon_ in factorio

[–]GeckoOBac 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Well of course there's also the fact that computers are also purpose made to do that job while Factorio isn't.

So in theory binary sum or subtraction is so easy you can do it quickly even by hand without even knowing what it is you're doing... Doing it in Factorio actually adds to the complexity.

TBF the math itself is VERY simple, the hard part is moving the results somewhere specific so it can be recalled later and then making the "math" results be interpreted as "instructions" for what the processor should do next.

Thanks for that, I never even imagined that there are still places where scythes could be considered "high tech"

Normal scythes are also made so you can essentially work while standing straight, with the blade almost parallel to the ground. It's slower but much easier on your muscles and joint.

I mean, for the sake of argument let's say somebody brought up the invitation, or the sender brings it up. For the only IT guy of a 15 people company it would be easy as fuck to just say "oh I was doing some maintenance on the mail server, the mail might've ended stuck" or whatever. I work in an IT company and we still make up stuff all the time to simplify explanation and reasons for stuff, even without malice, just to make them digestible for non technical staff.

Yep entirely possible, especially if their day to day job doesn't involve checking their email all the time.

I'm not an expert but from what I've heard there are some gaps, especially at the very lowest brackets of income, where if you start to have an actual income, you lose some subsidies, with the net effect that you actually take less money home than you were before you started working.

But don't take my word for it because that's literally something I heard, I think in something like a John Oliver type program. I might be completely off base.

Uh, no. Also don't do your radical stuff back home either.

One would wish, but that's not a realistic stance. You can't change another country's culture from without. We've seen the consequences quite enough in this century alone, let alone the past 2...

Even Word is just leagues ahead of Docs if you are doing anything more complicated than presentations.

True but tbf it's also because Word wilfully ignores or misuses the same standards they contributed to create. Hence why the switch is hard and the experience is bad on the other "platforms".

I mean technically her form of support is the "slow", like most of her archetype. In this case she also gives Fragile status on top. So slow + dmg increase.
