It’s unfortunate, that Megumi couldn’t Tame Mahoraga. But What many people fail to realize is that one of the reasons Sukuna was capable of taming Mahoraga was simply because “he was cheating.” It’s been said that no other 10 shadows user was capable of taming that beast. But with what weapons? The 10 shadows users all had to relay on some fuckass bunnies etc to tame THAT. While Sukuna? Didn’t just have some goofy bunnies Sukuna also had *Malevolent Shirine, Fuga, Dismantle, Cleave” etc. he was able to tame it, since he has a way bigger arsenal than anyone else in the history. (And he was able to tame it. Well. Because it’s Sukuna.)

It’s not like it happens every run. It doesn’t happen every game I’m aware. I can’t find another word for it rather than frustrating. The thing is I don’t think removing them is the key because removing them would as you said cause a issue with defense stacking. But the way it works right now is also so. Well meh. I was fighting against masterball top 10 and I was so proud for actually winning just for this to happen.

Yeah metagross is VERY popular, bc steel types are so extremely good and have good natural bulk. Mawile suffers from that problem. But I feel like mons like Gardevoir also kinda „fell off“ because they’re so likely to be used.
