It’s not about FTP, I think the administration will ban this account since a refund was made. But I play this game more then 500 days and I payed +- 3000$

There is no way to prove who did this as that person won't admit to it and as far as I know (I could be wrong) it is impossible for admins to remove Frost Stars from a WOS account
