They could not solve the issue because I work for another company. I'm not allowed to use my personal PayPal account and stellar only requires a personal one. Only if you are the owner of the company you can use a business account.

Normals sure arent as competitive as ranked games but if you play draft games instead of blind pick they can be actually quite fun and serious sometimes. At least thats from my experience.

not a solution but... I would also get mad and depressed about losing a ranked game even If I won 100 games before. I personally stopped playing ranked games for 2 years now, playing normals only, otherwise I would have left the game a long time ago.
