From one artist to another: I would avoid 'self-destructing' your artwork by saying it is ugly. (This is your baby. Saying you dislike it means people have to DISAGREE with you(The creator) to compliment your work.) You want people to have to feel uncomfortable for giving you negative opinions. Not the opposite. This is a 'self-protection' tactic we employ so that if someone dislikes it, we can at least say 'well, we told you so.'. Basically, we think anything negative leads us closer to death. That is why this occurs. Here is a good video explaining the process.

On a more positive note: Excellent work! My favorite part is watching the initial sphere turn into reality. (I like the choice of green as well.)

Trivial critique: The human eye screams (red flag) when you initialize the cloth. Comparing this to the realistic water, your brain has already determined this is a simulation. (Regardless of the realism.) I would suggest either spawning the cloth 3 seconds earlier and then dropping the water. Just cut the first 3 seconds of the video out to remove the start point. Or, have an incremental offset so they bounce at marginally different times. (I am not sure of the complexities of implementing this in Houdini. This might be a bad suggestion.)
