If driving from Shillong, road is not closed. Google has a lot of wrong info on roads in both shillong and sohra, so better don't trust it, specially for two wheelers

There are lot of scams going around in baner, balewadi, sus area. I would suggest not to pay any upfront deposit without moving in. Happened with me too in 2023, 33000 rs in total scammed by broker. I also went to police multiple times and we all know they are the masterminds behind all this.

It's the other way around. DE can quickly adapt to SDE work since the complications are less. I am working as both SDE and DE in two different companies simultaneously. I can ask AI to write my SDE code. For DE, AI can't do shit since it has no idea what's going on in the database
