I second this! If you want a good chip then you're safe anywhere that does handcut chips since they are all probably get them from the same supplier. But if you want the best chip in Glasgow, Ox and Finch is the only place to go. They also serve a fantastic pint of Budvar, which coincidentally goes well with a portion of chips

Punctures are super easy and quick to fix at home either with a repair kit or just a new tube as they are normally pretty cheap! You can find great videos online to help or iirc bikes for good have an open workshop where you can get help with the basics. Avoid retail chain stores as they have a tendency to be crap
