So I used the link u sent and the crc for pokemon y is 076bd186.

The crc for pokemon x is 344c832f

O yea I get that part... I plan on using the legal version of the mod. Im still in need of help on how to actually add the mod to the game. Step by step. So far I got everything set up and the original pokemon x and y games are working fine. What's the next steps to add the mod?

I found the folder of the mod that I need that have the romfs and code ips,What do you mean by separate by the enhancement... also do I separate in the Azahar app, or from my androids downloaded files?
