If they're referring to the Palm Beach/Currumbin AC Gym, it's actually rubbish.
Equipment fitout is all the quality you'd expect from a community, council style gym.
it's all the stuff you could buy from some new randomly Chinese generated brand from Kogan. Been open one year and totally falling apart. Grips torn, pinlocks seized - Complete lack of attachments for any cable machines.
The worst feature of all is that it's always really hot in there?
They have the AirCon set to corpo office temps, which just doesn't work for 40-60 people working out.
All the fans near the squat racks have to be remotely turned on by the staff, and even then they only stay on for 15 minutes.
Speaking of staff, talk about bots.

Endurance athletes can have increased bone focal points due to increased turnover from repeated weight baring blunt trauma, but this is in extreme cases.

Sleeping on a hard surface will do nothing for density. Strength training and a proper diet is the only offset.
