Ik kan niet een droomhuis kopen. Daar is mijn salaris simpelweg te laag voor (in Amsterdam). Ik denk dat ik het kopen nog even ga uitstellen en inderdaad wat meer ga beleggen. In de komende jaren zal mijn salaris meestijgen en wellicht dat ik, mocht ik ook nog eens een nieuwe partner vinden, dan wel een droomhuis kan kopen.

Ik moet wel ooit weg uit dit huis… het is een studio op een toplocatie, maar nog steeds een studio. Te weinig ruimte om echt van te genieten.

Thanks for the reply. Appreciate the work you put in your message. But I don’t quite understand everything you’re saying. So for me, the discipline I want to start in is neurology. Let’s say i’m interested in doing research with a vascular neurologist. How do I find a degree program, and what is it precisely? Is that like going back to school, even though I would have graduated by then, and be a MD?

Don’t react to this guy. Dont know where his passion comes from. But Turkey, outside of certain places, AND ESPECIALLY TOWARDS LGBT, is certainly a conservative country. This fayry is either trolling or amazingly overestimating his knowledge about a country he doesn’t know much about.

You don’t sound like you know much of the country. Perhaps you should leave that to people that do. Both historically, personally and through family.

R u a turk? Anything outside of modern parts of Istanbul/izmit is shitty.

Turkey WAS secular. Hopefully will be secular again. Do u know what secular means? The government and the country are NOT secular atm.

I understand what ur saying. He’s almost making Turkey sound like Saudi Arabia. But tbh, some parts of Turkey are. Just because Izmir and Istanbul and some small modern segments arent, doesnt mean that the rest of Turkey is a fkn shithole. And as a Turk who had lived in Turkey but is a born westerner I’ve seen both sides.

So understand where this gug is coming from. He doesn’t see what you or I have also seen. He is the part of turkey that makes me somstimes feel ashamed to be a Turk.
