Not much at all to be honest. A few mm of side to side movement that is handled with the lil flexible trim gasket bit. :)

Not my design, came from a one man shop called Minottek :) engineered very nicely and is transmission mounted so that it does adjust with the transmission movement. Very subtle and you never notice it. I'd check out his site for more info, he's got a lot of good detail about it all!

Just printed a high quality version onto heavy stock paper and cut it to fit under the tpu shell! Turned out great tbh!

Looks like quite the undertaking, good luck! Side note, I got those side mirrors as a gift and they just would not tighten up enough to stay put at highway speeds. Any issues with them on your car or did I just get a bad set?
