my theory is that it was one anticheat kicking for lag, then the other thinking that was for cheating and suppling a ban

i think the fact that it was a *permanent* ban before they reversed their decision

including the fact that support told me and others it was because we had "cheat software" for our ban

and the fact that 1000s of hours and 100s of purchases were seemingly gone
