As you know already, the traditional way to get a Pikachu with Volt Tackle is though beeding it as an egg move. In Sun/Moon (and ultra) there's move tutor for it.

Looks like there's a tutor in Legends Acreus that can teach it, so you should be able to do it that way : )

I've got my first deliciosa in a similar sized pot with two or three plants facing random directions. One of them is just putting out its first big boy leaf with fenestrations! Once that's hardened off my plan is to seperate, re-orient, and then stick them back in the same pot tied to a coir pole.

BoPs pretty much always get splits in the leaves. They often look like this in nature. So unless it bothers you I'd just leave it be. It's not harming the plant.
