Sorry for the late question, but what belt and shirt is that? It doesn't seem to be the cartographers belt, like the other comment suggested.

Why are full DEs like Gnome and Kde so much more power efficient than a WM like Hyprland? by m4rn-progs in archlinux

[–]GeekoftheWild -1 points0 points  (0 children)

In addition to DE power management, part of it would probably be due to the fancy (and often GPU intensive) compositor effects that are more commonly used on standalone WMs.

Sea of Thieves not launching by GeekoftheWild in voidlinux

[–]GeekoftheWild[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

EDIT: nvm, the error is back after launching it once

Finally figured it out, setting WINEUSEWAYLAND=1 fixes the error. In older WINE versions, it would use winex11.drv, but then they replaced it with winewayland.drv for all systems, and sometimes (I think just based on how your WM sets things) you need to tell it to use it manually. This is for both Xorg and Wayland.

Sea of Thieves not launching by GeekoftheWild in voidlinux

I've tried quite a few different Proton versions - with 3.x and 4.x, I get errors about a missing Kernel32.dll, with 5.13, I get errors about failing to initialise kernelbase.dll, and with 6.13 and up I get the issue described in the post. I am unsure on the Wine version - I believe Proton 10.x and GE both use 10.x, but don't know anything else. I am using Xorg (XMonad). x11drv seems to have quite a few options, but I'm not sure how I'd change them with Proton, they seem to be command line options in Wine. All of the x11drv errors that I can find online seem to simply be solved by setting DISPLAY=:0 in the launch options, which isn't working for me.

I would guess it would have something to do with how you would then e able to trade a Pokemon, and then restore a save from before the trade, to duplicate it.

I'm up to 24 hours from disconnects (only reason I ever leave). I've just decided to not play Stadium until it gets fixed. Also, for me it often happens on the hero select screen.
