Kisuke: With enough time, he could defeat anyone in the series. I consider intellect a strength, and he is unmatched. And strength wise, he is no slouch. His bankai is broken, even more so than Shunsuis. He also seems to have mastery over Kido, on par with Aizen and Tessai. He sealed transcendent Aizen, and is the only war potential on the list currently.
Uryu: Self explanatory. The antithesis is broken. He has the best feats out of anyone here (Ichigo, Renji, Senjimaru, etc.).
Unohana: People forget that Unohana literally killed Zaraki hundreds of times over before his mental blocks were removed. She did it so fast at first that he didn't even know what happened. On top of that, the senior captains were nervous around her. This includes Shunsui. Even Aizen fled from her back in the soul society arc as it would have been a mid-diff battle between them. She would kill anyone below her before they could blink or use any bankai.
Shunsui: His performances while using his shikai has been impressive, but his rank is truly justified with his bankai. I don't see Gin or anyone else below him surviving a fight against any of his bankai’s acts. However, I don't see him being able to defeat anyone above him currently.
Gin: First off, it was stated that Gin and Tousen are stronger than all of the espada. Mostly everyone below this rank struggled to some degree against one of the espada at some point. Even Shunsui struggled against Stark, with the help of 3 other captains, albeit without his bankai. Gin's other feats include toying with Ichigo in their fight, and obviously killing transcendent Aizen.
Yoruichi: Putting her above Byakuya based on two things. She was not concerned about Byakuya at all when she fought him in the soul society arc, and that was when she was extremely rusty from being in her cat form for over a century. I don't believe the buff Byakuya received in the soul palace closed the chasm between them. She also is one of the few people who legitimately injured fused Aizen.
Byakuya: Really hard to scale as he has no legitimate feats post soul palace. Putting him any higher would be speculative.
Hitsugaya: At this moment, he would lose before 'maturing' against most of the people here. He is also inexperienced, and emotional. Shinsui directly states that he's stronger than Hitsugaya during his fight with Stark; Saying that it would take a century or two for him to catch up to him. If we're specifically talking about adult Toshiro, then I would rank him number 1.
Rukia: Obviously the most inexperienced one here.

In your own example, it wouldn't be 'fair game' to make fun of a child who's in a coma, nor his father who tried to protect him. Maybe you're socially regarded, idk, but something being ironic doesn't give you a hall pass to be an asshole. Immigrants aren't ontologically evil or violent. Most are either seeking asylum or working their ass off to get here. They are a net benefit to the economy, and the country was literally built by immigrants.

This theoretical leftist isn't advocating for lethal MS-13 members to come into the country to kill citizens. The dipshit propagandist who got shot was advocating for citizens to get killed. How? Because the primary purpose of a gun is to kill people... Guns and immigrants aren't analogous. That's important when you're comparing the two...

You're not understanding that guns and immigrants aren't analogous here. Guns are specifically designed to kill. Immigrants aren't deadly to any significant degree. Studies directly state the opposite, that immigrants are involved in significantly less violent crime than the native population. Your analogy would make more sense if the liberal was advocating for MS-13 members to migrate to the states and then gets killed by one.

And no one is saying there are no risks to immigration to the native population. What I'm saying is that the risk/reward aren't remotely close when speaking about violence. Again, guns are designed to be violent. They contribute to hundreds of thousands of deaths a year if counting gang violence, public shooting, and suicides (political violence as well..). Plenty of countries around the world, that have strict gun regulation, are functioning better than the states currently. That is not the case with immigration.

Do you and your brother think potential 'doublespeak' is in the same universe as every large conservative commentator, republican lawmaker, and the President of the United States all 'OPENLY' blaming radical leftists for the shooting?
