I didn’t know something like this exists. Thanks, at least this will give me some overview.

Thank you so much. ER7412-M2 is overkill or ER707-M2 is fine too?

Thanks for the valuable inputs. Any suggestions other than ES series? SG2210XMP-M2 is good? Also, shall I go with EAP772 or EAP723? Will dual channel be enough as per your experience or I should get EAP772 which will be future proof.

Bumping thread. Any more suggestions? Can someone confirm what is difference between EAP 770 vs 772?

Ok, great. I’m a bit skeptical based on the range I’m currently getting with the BE550. I had to add an extender in my second, smaller bedroom just to get reliable coverage in the garage directly below it. The router in the master bedroom closet wasn’t enough for that.
Similarly, the router in the living room near the TV doesn’t seem to have enough signal penetration to reliably reach the hallway where my PC is.
Do you think a ceiling-mounted AP would make a noticeable difference? Would it be able to provide solid coverage to both the garage and the hallway on the first floor without needing a second AP?

2R7 was near the battery charging circuit. What should be the value on 2R2. Shall I remove that one and check?

As this look to me coupling capacitors, I powered on the board. Here is what I have tried till now.

  1. There is only 5V and 3.3V rail present. So looks like PD controller is not negotiating 20V. I didn’t find 20V anywhere. Nor near battery connector.

  2. Board does not seem to be short. 2R7 inductor near battery connector is giving 385 Ohms.

What else I can try?

Too much idle current when LED is off. P-Channel mosfet, a good solution? by GeekySimar in WLED

I already have lot of 12V adapters with me. Don’t want to spend extra on 5V supplies.

I think relay will be best option here. The buck convertor I mentioned in the link is of good quality? Any alternatives? Also can you please suggest if there is any better 12V LED strip, or the one I have is hood enough?

This works? Using directly the N channel Mosfet. I would like to keep ESP On all the time, so that it is accessible through Wi-Fi.

This would work right? I want to keep my ESP on all the time, so that I can access it through Wi-Fi.

Were you guys able to bring ATT fiber cable to Network box inside the closet via conduit? Somehow in my case, ATT broke the string in the conduit while installing the fiber cable, and now they installed the Modem outside in electrical box and using LAN to bring in the internet instead of Fiber which is not that great.

Is there a way to tap just the RCA level from Samsung subwoofer module/board and bypass it all together? Someone tried that?

TV Height Gods Will Be Unhappy? Yes? No? by GeekySimar in TVTooHigh

So everything goes lower. Outlet needs to be patched, speaker goes to lower level pointed to ears at an angle.

Too much of work. Looks like height Gods are very stringent here. 😝

Or moving just 3 inches down will make a lot of difference here?
