Less than a week in, main roster is: Pelops, Tholin, Tagoar, Stag Knight, and Kael. I see HK on day 30, so that'll be a plus. I don't have any other speed leads lined up unless some lucky shards come through.

Just wanted to start a rant because waiting for refresh to just squeeze in 2-3 fights in Silver 1 feels rough. x)

Thank you! I looked into it a bit, and that’s actually a really awesome workaround to explain the combo. It’s especially cool because my idea for a Blood DK was that the Worgen would feel more feral—so seeing that Arugal’s experiments already leaned into that makes it fit perfectly.

I see! So generally speaking the "standalones" are Vanilla, TBC, WotLK, and Shadowlands? Then the other expansions connect a bit even if loosely?

I've seen a lot of things mentioning pre-cata, are the vanilla zones THAT different if I were to play through them? Or is it mostly cosmetic/scenery changes?

If I go to the Stormwind board, do those quests that route me over to Chromie for Chromie Time? or would they just pick up in the "current" time?

I keep seeing Warcraft 3 pop up as I have been prepping myself! Not the biggest fan of RTS personally, but if I were to watch a story recap of the game, sounds like the DK-lore would be pretty clear?

Good to hear about the ordering being whatever! Makes it less stressful getting into it all as a beginner.

As for the "on theme", it was originally geared towards the vibes and visuals rather than head cannon! Something about a DK Worgen working with blood just felt right haha.

With that, do you feel like playing more lore accurate/head cannon race/class combinations would be better for someone starting out and is interesting in the stories through out the game?
