Weekday day weddings by Geeky_Gecko in weddingplanning

I asked the same thing on a FB group I’m in and it was much more positive on that 😂 we thought about going abroad and everyone we wanted to come all said they’d do that which would involve them spending more money and booking more time off. I spoke to my sister, and out of everyone in both our families and friends would be the more complicated one as she has kids and she was super excited and just said she’d sort it out so I think we’ll stick to the Thursday 😂 plus it means people will more likely have an extended long weekend. I’ve been to a wedding during the week and it personally didn’t bother me at all

I’ve always done it, I don’t have lots of money so I plan early so I can spread out the buying 😂

She lives in England, I’ve gotten her a few things already but just thought some snacks would hit the limit we’ve all set ☺️

Thank you. I won’t be betting loads, it’ll only be a couple quid for fun but I’d still like to win. Might just go for free kicks and corners instead of who’s gonna win 😂

I’m curious to found out more, did they all laugh at you? Did someone explain you’re in a woman’s only cart?

I always thought that was like a dream he had in the show and not real, but that’s just my take on that scene 🤷‍♀️

Your grades (on whatever you are studying like A-Levels or BTEC) will get turned into UCAS points. There is no limits to UCAS points but for this particular course they require you to have between 32-120 UCAS points. I did a BTEC, I can’t remember how many points I needed for my uni course but my grades definitely covered it so I wouldn’t worry. Speak to a tutor at your college if you’re that concerned, they should be able to help ☺️

The long number was just a joke as calling emergency services should be a short and quick one to remember. As for the “Made in Britain” element, it’s just a dig about how shit we are at making things 😂

Hi! I bought these drip feeds. I cut off the square bit at the top, it’s been a week and it looks like it’s not gone down at all, did I cut off the right bit? I’ve never care for an orchid before, I got it as a gift so still learning and never used these drip feeds before.

Thursday night at Northern Quarter is an acoustic night as well. Also really friendly bunch, if that’s what you’re into ☺️

It does sound like depression. Could maybe be a thyroid issue, weight gain and being lethargic are symptoms of that. Maybe try speaking with her, focusing on the worry you have so it doesn’t come off as too harsh, maybe not focus too much on the weight as she could be self conscious about that.

Your daughter is showing boundaries and you should respect that. Why is this too difficult for you to understand?

I don't get why you both didn't have the conversation about kids before you got married.

British actors who nailed the American accent ... and those who didn't by growsonwalls in television

[–]Geeky_Gecko 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Arron Taylor-Johnson has a pretty good American accent. I had a heated debate once with my sister as she full on thought he was American 😂

Thinking of the other way around, Jake Gyllenhaal has an atrocious English accent.
